Hackney Labour councillor charged over pornographic images of children

A Hackney Labour councillor faces charges relating to indecent images of children.

Thirty-six-year-old Tom Dewey has been charged with offences relating to pornographic images of children as part of a National Crime Agency investigation.

He  was arrested by National Crime Agency officers at his home in Hackney in April 2022 and was released under investigation.

He has now been charged with three counts of making indecent images of children, possession of extreme pornographic images and possession of prohibited images of children.

He remains released under investigation and will appear at court at a date to be confirmed.

He was elected as a Labour councillor for De Beauvoir ward in last May’s local elections.

Perverted Labour councillor tried to meet a male child through Grindr

John Robert Reynolds, 43, suffered what a judge said was a ‘spectacular fall from grace’ after the encounter.

A former Lancaster city Labour councillor, he made an unsuccessful bid to become the Labour parliamentary candidate in the 2019 General Election and also served as a Carnforth town councillor.

At Carlisle Crown Court, the defendant pleaded guilty to attempting to communicate sexually with a child after an alternative charge, that he tried to arrange the commission of a child sex offence, was abandoned by the prosecution.

Brendan Burke, prosecuting at Carlisle Crown Court, said the defendant came to Carlisle on July 27 last year and was staying at the Halston Hotel in Warwick Road for reasons related to his then employment.

At the time, he had activated a Grindr profile for himself, through which he initiated contact with somebody who clearly identified himself as a young boy. 

The defendant sent [the boy] a nude picture of himself early in the conversation, said Mr Burke. But Reynolds was unwittingly communicating with an undercover police officer.

“The conversation had quickly become sexualised,” said Mr Burke. “The defendant said he was looking for fun with a guy.

“He went on to ask [the boy] to send pics; that request was made and remade again throughout their conversation.”

The undercover officer told Reynolds he liked boys but had not actually done anything. The defendant asked the ‘boy’ what he wanted to try. Encouraged by the defendant, they arranged to meet in Carlisle city centre.

When the boy asked the defendant what he wanted to do, he replied: “Whatever you want; we’ll see what happens.” Reynolds also asked the ‘boy’ if he wanted to go to the hotel where he was staying, saying it was nice.

They agreed to meet outside the Hallmark Hotel near Carlisle railway station, and that was where police arrested Reynolds at 8.40pm.

Judge Guy Mathieson told Reynolds: “You have no previous convictions, and a good work history. What a spectacular fall from grace to have you stood before this court today.”

The judge accepted that Reynolds was suffering a significant emotional crisis and that a combination of factors led to his offending. “But I reject entirely that you ever misunderstood the nature of these conversations with this person,” said the judge.

“You could not have missed the fact that this person was telling you that they were under age.”

Yet there had been a persistent attempt to communicate sexually. “There’s absolutely no doubt that you went out to meet what you thought would be an under age boy outside Carlisle railway station.”

The judge described that behaviour as ‘horrendous’. Accepting that the defendant learned a lesson from his brief time in custody, Judge Mathieson said Reynolds should understand how close he had come to custody.

He imposed 12 months jail, suspended for two years, ordering that the defendant must complete an accredited treatment programme.

Reynolds, of St Winifred’s Park, Halton, Lancashire, will be on the Sex Offender Register for a decade and subject to a five year sexual harm prevention order.

He must also complete 20 rehabilitation activity days.

Wyre Forest Labour Council leader James Shaw made pornographic photos of a child

A Stourport Labour councillor and leader of Wyre Forest District Council has admitted making pornographic photographs of a child.

James Shaw, who served as leader of the council for eight years, pleaded guilty to the crime at Worcester Crown Court on September 11 this year.

Shaw, of Heightington Place in Stourport, was sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for 18 months.

The crime was committed in Stourport between January and July 2018 – during which time he was serving as Labour ward member for Areley Kings and Riverside on the district council.

Now aged 68, Shaw served the Stourport community since the 1980s, both as a representative for Stourport Town Council and a local school governor. He also worked for the education service at Worcestershire County Council.

He was the second longest serving Labour councillor for Wyre Forest District Council, having served on it for 32 years until his resignation in November last year, citing ill-health.

At the time of his resignation, Wyre Forest Council issued a statement thanking Shaw for his “long and dedicated service to the council” and wishing him well for the future. Wyre Forest Labour also thanked him for his “diligent service over the last 32 years”.

A spokesman for Wyre Forest Safer Neighbourhood Team said the investigation into Shaw was conducted by Kidderminster CID and concluded in September.

Both West Mercia Police and Wyre Forest Labour declined to comment.

Muslim Labour councillor, 34, who shared images of children being raped and had stash of 100 sex abuse videos on his iPhone and laptop is jailed for more than three years

Another Labour politician has been jailed for sharing images of children being raped online.

Abdul-Majid Rahman, 34, shared vile child abuse footage online and discussed his paedophile fantasies with others.

Prosecutor Jason Howells said that after police found more than 100 videos and pictures on an iPhone and laptop Rahman said he was ‘addicted to pornography’.

Newport Crown Court heard detectives later found he shared child abuse images via Mark Sukaburg’s anti white social media website Facebook.

Rahman was elected to Newport City Council in May 2012 but moved out of the city after his arrest in October 2021.

Mr Howells said Rahman said he had sexually abused a child and then falsely claimed he himself had been sexually abused as a child.

Rahman admitted possessing and distributing indecent images of children, including Category A images – the worst of its kind.

Judge, Recorder of Cardiff, Tracey Lloyd-Clarke told Rahman: ‘There was discernible pain and distress suffered by some of the children depicted.

‘You had an active involvement in a network or process that facilitated or commissioned the creation or sharing of indecent images of children and there were a large number of different victims.

‘It is clear you have a sexual interest in children.’

Rahman, now of Porthcawl, South Wales, was jailed for three years and eight months and told he would have to register as a sex offender for life.

Labour Gillingham MP pleads guilty to possessing and distributing pornographic images of children

Labour member of parliament Paul Clark who represented Gillingham for 13 years has pleaded guilty to possessing pornographic images and six counts of distributing pornographic images of children.

During his time in government, Paul Clark served as Parliamentary Private Secretary to Derry Irvine, Charles Falconer, John Prescott, and Ed Balls, before being promoted in 2008 to the role of Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Transport. Before becoming MP for Gillingham he had been on Gillingham Borough Council from 1982 until 1990 as a Labour councillor. From 1983 until 1989 he was deputy leader of the local party, and was elected leader in 1989. In 1990 he was elected by the Gillingham Labour Party to stand as the parliamentary candidate. His career prior to becoming an MP was with the AEEU and then the TUC.

After being elected in 1997 Paul Clark was Parliamentary Private Secretary to Lord Irvine of Lairg, the Lord Chancellor, then Parliamentary Private Secretary to Lord Falconer of Thoroton in the Department for Transport and later the Home Office. Clark was finally promoted to the Whips’ office between 2003 and 2005. After the 2005 election he became Parliamentary Private Secretary to deputy prime minister John Prescott until 2007, then Parliamentary Private Secretary to Ed Balls in the Department for Children, Schools and Families. In October 2008 he was promoted to Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for the Department of Transport.

Mr Clark appeared before Medway Magistrates and spoke only to confirm his name, age and address, before entering a guilty plea.

He’s been bailed and will appear later at Maidstone Crown Court.

Nazir Ahmed: One of Labours many alien lord peers has been jailed for child sex offences

Labour peer Nazir Ahmed of Rotherham has been jailed for five and a half years for sexually abusing two white British children in the 1970s.

He was found guilty in January of a serious sexual assault against a white boy and the attempted rape of a young white girl.

The abuse happened in Rotherham, Sheffield Crown Court heard.

Passing sentence, Mr Justice Lavender said his actions had had “profound and lifelong effects” on the victims.

The court heard Ahmed, who was tried under his birth name Nazir Ahmed, attempted to rape the white girl twice in the early 1970s.

The attack on the white boy, who was aged 10 at the time, also happened during the same period.

The 64-year-old had denied the charges, calling them a “malicious fiction”, but a phone recording of a conversation between the two victims in 2016 showed they were not “made-up”.

The judge said the offences were “so serious that only a custodial sentence can be justified”.

He said: “Your actions have had profound and lifelong effects on the girl and the boy, who have lived with what you did to them for between 46 and 53 years.

“The statements which they have made express more eloquently than I ever could how your actions have affected and continue to affect their lives in so many different and damaging ways.”

The victim of the attempted rapes, who cannot be named due to the nature of the offences, said she had lived with “an overwhelming feeling of shame”.

She told the court: “It was a burden I was made to carry, and it silenced me for many years.

“It is now time for me to pass that burden to him – the paedophile who I know feels no personal shame.”

The male victim, who also cannot be named, said in a personal statement read out in court: “I buried the abuse and carried it with me on my own for years and years.

“I feel shame because of what these men did to me.”

In court number seven at Sheffield Crown Court today, the judge shamefully addressed Ahmed with the title “my Lord”, “your Lordship” and other variations of the usurped noble British title.

Ahmed sat in the dock wearing a smart suit and tie, listening to barristers and a judge discuss his sentence.

One victim came to the witness box to describe the impact the Labour peer Ahmed had on her life.

“He is a paedophile who has no personal shame. But in the end, all tyrants fall,” she said.

A statement from the second victim said: “This is not about revenge, this is about justice.”

And part of that justice is wanting to see Ahmed stripped of the title bestowed upon him by the treasonous Labour party.

The judge told him his actions had a profound and lifelong effect on his victims. He stood to listen to the judge but showed no emotion.

Shortly afterwards, Ahmed picked up his rucksack, waved at his family and disappeared through a door to start his five-and-a-half year sentence.

The inquiry into his behaviour followed a TV Newsnight investigation.

Ahmed was charged along with his two older brothers, Mohammed Farouq, 71, and Mohammed Tariq, 65, but predicatively both were deemed unfit to stand trial.

Both had faced charges of indecent assault against the same children abused by Ahmed.

Though the men did not face a criminal trial, jurors concluded that they did commit the alleged acts after hearing evidence in the case.

Disgracefully both men were given absolute discharges after the judge said the only other two options – a hospital order or a supervision order – would not be appropriate in this case.

Labour Councillor Craig Edward charged with ‘possessing indecent images of children’ after police raid

A West Dunbartonshire Labour councillor has been charged with taking and possessing indecent images of children.

Labour councillor Craig Edward, the convener of the authority’s housing and communities committee, was arrested and charged with two offences after a raid by police at his home in the town on Monday, September 26.

He appeared the following day at Dumbarton Sheriff Court, where he made no plea in respect of the accusations and was released on bail.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with online offences, and was due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.”

Cllr Edward faces two charges under section 52 of the Civic Government Act 1982.

He was committed for further examination at Tuesday’s hearing, pending a further court appearance on a date yet to be confirmed.

Cllr Edward was elected to represent the Clydebank Central ward on West Dunbartonshire Council (WDC) at the local government elections in May of this year.

Shortly after the election, at which Labour formed a majority administration, he was made the authority’s housing and communities convener.

West Dunbartonshire Council and Scottish Labour said they were unable to comment.

Disgraced Sunderland Labour councillor spared jail for ‘online grooming of girl’

A disgraced Sunderland Labour councillor who had explicit online sex chat with who he thought was a child has been spared jail.

Paul Middleton, who represented the Washington South ward, believed the child was living in a care home when he sent the shocking messages to her in 2017.But Newcastle Crown Court heard the 44-year-old dad had actually been communicating with a police officer, who was involved in an online operation to snare paedophiles.The girl in the online conversations never existed. Prosecutor Jonathan Devlin told the court Middleton had made contact with a profile in a chatroom and was told the user “Maddie” was a kid.The conversation quickly became “sexually suggestive” and Mr Devlin said: “He asked Maddie what kind of fun she liked, asking whether that was naughty fun.”She told him she lived in a care home.”Middleton asked the girl, in graphic terms, about sexual contact she had had with boys in the home, and, added Mr Devlin, “the conversation went on in that way”.The court heard as the chat became more explicit, the decoy child described it as “gross”. Mr Devlin added: “He said any behaviour like that with him wouldn’t be gross.” He sent her a friend request on a separate occasion, but there was no further correspondence between them.The court then heard Middleton was arrested last summer.

Middleton pleaded guilty to attempting to sexually communicate with a child.

Judge Tim Gittins sentenced him to four months’ imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, with programme requirements and a three-month night-time curfew.Middleton must abide by a sexual harm prevention order and sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for seven years.

Judge Gittins told him: “It is difficult to imagine the circumstances in which it is appropriate for someone who doesn’t know the child to be engaged in their social media, let alone going on to talk in the way that you did.”One aspect of the short conversation causes me even more concern. That is, she said to you she was living in a care home, so you understood, as an intelligent man, she would have increased vulnerability as a result, had it been a real child.”You weren’t to know of the particular background that led to that child entering into a care home, you were prepared to joke about her being abused by boys within that home.”You maintained it was jokey banter. Well, I refuse to accept that. It is ridiculous for you to try to suggest that the motivation of those sexual chats was done for anything other than of seeking to gain then, or thereafter in ongoing conversations, sexual gratification.”The judge said he accepted Middleton’s risk of re-offending is low and he was under significant stress at the time. 

Sunderland Labour councillor Thomas Wright jailed for 15 years for sex attacks on children

A Sunderland Labour councillor who was branded a “horrific paedophile” by one of his victims has been jailed for more than 15 years for a series of sickening sex attacks on Children.

Thomas Wright, who was Labour councillor for the city’s Pennywell ward for 18 years, committed vile acts involving four children.

Newcastle Crown Court heard how the now 67-year-old targeted both male and female children between 1968 and 1982.

One of his victims spoke out about his ordeal at the time and although Wright was spoken to by the authorities, no action was taken against him.

Judge Stephen Earl has now jailed Wright for a total of 15 years and four months, with lifelong sex offender registration and sexual harm prevention order.

The judge said society has to now bear some “shame” for the way victims of abuse were treated in the past and added: “Mr Wright, on his own admissions, was interviewed.

“It would appear no action was taken.

“This is somewhat regrettable.”

Judge Earl told the court: “As a society, we must share some shame for failing to recognise and act appropriately on such complaints at the time.”

Judge Earl said Wright’s “role in public life is not only tarnished but trampled in the dust”.

Christopher Rose, prosecuting told the court at the last hearing that the offences involved Wright making his victims perform a sex act on him and sexual activity.

Mr Rose described one victim’s experience in which Wright taunted her with a teddy bear called Andy, who she was allowed to play with only if she did as she was told.

Two of Wright’s victims bravely faced their abuser and impact statements to the court in person at the previous hearing.

One victim said: “From a very young age I have known you to be a child sexual predator.

“From the moment you told me not to tell anyone, otherwise we would both get into trouble, I have had to carry that burden for 50 years.

“You robbed me of ever having children as I feared, wrongly in my case, that the abused would become the abuser.

“I was too young to make sense of what you were doing to me at the time.

“I grew up living in confusion and emotional pain.”

He said Wright had committed “evil and despicable acts” and that he had robbed him of the chance to tell the court and the wider world his truth.

He added: “I now hope that the world will see you as you truly are – a horrific paedophile – and others who have been abused will find the courage to come forward and tell their truth.”

Another victim said: “I know I have hidden myself behind this mask for a long time, 30 plus years since my abuse.

“I wanted to come forward about the abuse by Tommy Wright but I felt no-one would believe me.

“For years I thought no-one would believe me.

“I was afraid of men, I couldn’t trust them and this ruined my relationship with my father.

“I commend him for pleading guilty which means we, his victims, don’t have to go through the trauma of a trial.”

Mr Rose read two other victim impact statements out to the court.

One victim said: “I have never been able to talk about the abuse with anyone. I was so ashamed.

“I was trying to suppress the guilt.

“I was feeling worthless and unloveable.”

Another victim said: “When I was younger this abuse made me fearful of men.

“I felt vulnerable. I feel there should be justice done.

“I am so glad I have had this opportunity to tell what happened to me and get Tommy Wright the punishment he deserves.”

Wright, of First Street, Consett, pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent assault against a male, two counts of indecent assault against a female and three counts of committing serious sexual offences against a male.

Liam O’Brien, defending, said Wright had served his local community, as a Labour councillor for 18 years and as chairman of the Tyne and Wear Fire Authority.

Mr O’Brien said Wright is morbidly obese, uses crutches and has had back and heart problems “the effect of all of this is that he struggles with his day to day life.”

He asked the judge to consider the impact of the defendant’s incarceration on his family and said: “He has created the situation and he deserves to be punished but they do not.”

Walsall Labour Council leader escapes prison sentence for paedophile offences

Sean Coughlan had pleaded guilty to two child sex offence charges at an earlier hearing

Walsall Council leader Sean Coughlan has avoided a jail sentence for two child sex offences he confessed to committing. At a sentencing hearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court (Thursday, March 17), all Judge Michael Chambers said was that the 65-year-old had suffered a “great fall from grace”.

The court heard how Coughlan had set up a secret Facebook page called “Our Private Place” where he sent pictures of his penis and encouraged a child to engage in penetrative sex. But it turned out to be part of a paedophile hunter sting and his crimes came to light when he was confronted by members of the Northwest Paedophile Hunters, who posted a 30 minute video of the meeting on social media on December 3.

This resulted in him being arrested and then charged by West Midlands Police. He has been in custody ever since. Coughlan, of Martin Close, Willenhall had pleaded guilty to attempting to cause a child to engage in penetrative sexual activity and attempting to engage in sexual communication with another young child at a previous hearing on February 18.

This represented a change of mind from Coughlan, who had originally pleaded not guilty when he appeared before the judge on January 18. Antoine Muller, prosecuting, said that in a police interview Coughlan admitted he was a “sexual predator”.

In mitigation, it was revealed his wife and fellow councillor Diane Coughlan had submitted a reference in support of her husband, as did some other unnamed Labour Party councillors and other family members. 

Judge Chambers subjected him to a 18 month community order with a requirement to undertake 30 days rehabilitation. Coughlan is also the subject of a five year sexual harm prevention order which prohibits the use of any devices with access to the internet, unless he is supervised, and bars him from having any contact with children.

It was also noted he had been remanded in custody since his arrested in December. Judge chambers said: “The sexual abuse of a child is clearly a serious matter.

“You engaged on the internet and communicated with a person you believed to be a  child. The communication was of a sexual nature. This was frequent and you sent images of your penis and asked for images of the child and spoke of penetrative sexual activity.” 

Labour Party shadow minister Eric Joyce pleads guilty to making indecent movie of child

Labour Party shadow minister Eric Joyce was ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register after admitting to making a sex movie with a one-year-old child.

The disgraced Labour MP was accused of making a movie in the most serious A category of indecency, on a device.

Judge Emma Peters said that the movie, found on a device, “depicts a number of children”.

“Some are very young, one is said to be 12-months-old,” she said. “Clearly a category-A movie.”

Joyce, 59, of Worlingworth, Suffolk was granted bail after pleading guilty at Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday and was ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register.

Judge Peters also instructed that a report be prepared before the Labour Party shadow minister is sentenced on August 7.

She warned Joyce that the offence crosses the custody threshold, adding that the court “takes such incidents very seriously” as they “fuel the abuse of children”

Joyce was charged under the Protection of Child Act after being arrested on in Worlingworth on November 6, 2018.

He was then released under investigation until being summonsed to appear before magistrates this week.

The MP issued a statement about his charge on his website in June.

He said: “The matter of my charge, announced today, will be dealt with in the first instance on 7 July at Ipswich Crown Court.

“I will make no comment from now until all legal processes are at a close. At that point, I will make a full statement.”

The crime was said to have taken place between August 7, 2013 and November 6,2018.

Exeter city Labour councillor at centre of child pornography probe

An Exeter Labour City councillor is under police investigation for child pornography offences.

Roger Spackman, 47, was arrested at a home address in Newtown for making pornographic photographs of children.

The Labour councillor had a 12-year career in Devon’s child protection services.

In 1998 he began working at Intervention Services for Devon County Council at a secure children’s home, occasionally working at other units. Before this, he was involved in the creation of Riverside Youth Café in Dawlish.

From September 2001 he worked full-time at a Secure Children’s Home until his role was axed in redundancies in February 2010.

Born in 1969, Spackman moved to Jamaica in 1972 before moving to Canada in 1974. After living in several Canadian towns and cities he returned to England in 1996.

Alongside being a Labour city councillor, in recent years he claims to offer ‘software support’ for a major UK retailer.

Between 2007 and 2010 he was Branch Secretary for the Devon County Council branch of UNISON – one of the largest in the UK.

He also chaired Exeter Labour Group between 2010 and 2014.

Cllr Spackman declined to comment when the allegations were put to him by a reporter.

Dudley Labour councillor Derrick Hemingsley appeared in court charged with taking pornographic pictures of a child

A Dudley Labour councillor has appeared in court charged with taking pornographic pictures of a child.

Wordsley Labour councillor Derrick Hemingsley, aged 57, appeared before Walsall magistrates (Thursday January 12) – accused of taking 90 indecent pictures of the child.

The 57-year-old, of Penzer Street, Kingswinford, was granted conditional bail and the case was committed to Wolverhampton Crown Court where he is due to appear on February 9.

Mr Hemingsley was also a governor at Belle Vue Primary School in Wordsley.

Labour Lord Mayor jailed for child sex offences

Leeds Labour lord Mayor Neil Taggart was jailed for 32 months on (Tues July 4) after admitting a string of child sex offences.

Police armed with a search warrant raided his home in Marlowe Crescent, Garforth, on September 23 last year while he was on holiday abroad with his family.

Computer equipment was seized including a desktop computer, hard drives and USB memory sticks.

Police discovered a total of 36,003 rape images and videos of children including 5,488 at category A – the most serious level.

Taggart served as Leeds Labour lord mayor, a Labour city councillor and chairman of West Yorkshire Police Authority.

Detective Superintendent Pat Twiggs, who led the West Yorkshire Police investigation, said after sentencing: “The crimes he pleaded guilty to represent a high volume of images – many of the most serious kind – and cover a significant period of time.”

The court heard that images featured children being sexually abused by adults – including children under five being violently raped.

Police also found 30 extreme images depicting sexual activity with animals.

Taggart, of Marlowe Court, Garforth, pleaded guilty to the offences.

Jailing Taggart for 32 months, judge Robin Mairs, said police had found a “library” of rape images of children on Taggart’s computer equipment.

Judge Mairs told Taggart: “I accept that both your personal and public reputation, that at one time stood high in the city, now effectively lies in the gutter.”

Another RISING Labour Party star appears in court over child sex offences

Moray Labour councillor Sean Morton, 35, faces four criminal charges including photographing and distributing rape images of children some with animals.

Labour councillor and general election candidate Sean Morton appeared in court last Christmas Eve accused of a string of child sex offences.

Details of the case emerged as the Labour party launched their manifesto ahead of May’s council elections, when Morton, 35, was expected to stand again.

Insiders told how Morton, the party’s Moray spokesman on youth services and education, is a rising star in party ranks.

He is good friends with a host of senior Labour politicians and is part of the centrist movement behind the Leader of the Labour Party in Scotland Kezia Dugdale.

Both he and Kezia Dugdale were part of the Labour delegation that jetted to the US to support Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential bid last year.

Morton, whose mum Louise, 54, is a Labour activist, has posted snaps of himself and figures including Ms Dugdale, Mrs Clinton and her daughter Chelsea.

Morton, of Lhanbryde, finished third as candidate in both the 2015 Westminster election and last year’s Holyrood poll.

He made no plea or declaration as he faced four charges in a private appearance at Elgin Sherif Court.

One charge relates to taking indecent photographs of a child.

A second concerns possession of such photos, while a third relates to “distributing or showing” rape pictures of children to other party members.

The final charge relates to Morton being in possession of the most extreme child pornography.

No details have been made public but the offence surrounds images of “extreme acts” such as taking or threatening a life, sever injury, rape and sexual activity with animals.

The councillor — who declares himself a volunteer at bodies including Victim Support — was elected in 2012 to the Fochabers, Lhanbryde and Spey Coast ward, after working as a parliamentary researcher.

The Crown Office confirmed Morton appeared on petition and was committed for further examination and bailed.

No date for his next appearance has been set.

Drug dealing Labour councillor caught with thousands of rape images of children avoids jail

A Labour Party councillor has not been given a jail sentence despite being caught with thousands of rape images of children and being a drug dealer – in his own ward.

Labour councillor Tom Neilson, 33 and his lodger supplied drugs from his home where wild parties were also held.

When police raided his property in November 2015 they caught his lodger, Brendan Evans, with a stash of illegal substences and drugs paraphernalia.

Neilson’s computers were seized and officers found thousands of rape images of youngsters some involving sex with animals.

The Labour councillor for North West Leicestershire District Council, representing Measham South ward since 2011, resigned following his arrest.

Neilson and Evans, 27, both previously admitted possessing drugs, with intent to supply.

Neilson, of Measham, Leicestershire, further admitted three counts of possessing rape images of children between 2008 and 2015.

Yesterday, he was given a three-year community order with a requirement to undergo an internet sex offender programme and carry out 180 hours of unpaid work.

Evans, also from Measham, who has previous convictions for drug offences, was jailed for 20 months at Leicester Crown Court.

Sentencing, Judge Nicholas Dean QC told Neilson: ‘You’re in a different position to your co-accused.

‘You’re a man of good character and your offending was carried out in a different way.

‘These offences are taken seriously by the court; if it happens again you’ll be going to prison.

‘Indecent images were found on your computer, a different form of offending which is as serious, if not more.’

He said he accepted the defendant looked at the images after ‘straying’ from mainstream adult pornography.

The judge said he also accepted the recommendation in the pre-sentence report that Neilson should receive ‘appropriate rehabilitation’.

Judge Dean told Evans he had previously been jailed ‘for precisely the same offending’ which could not be overlooked by the court.

The court heard Neilson allowed himself to be involved by allowing parties to take place and drugs to be used on the premises.

James Bide-Thomas, prosecuting, said the defendant also used drugs himself and passed on messages relating to dealing.

Nicola Moore, defending Neilson, said: ‘If he’s sent to prison he won’t receive any form of assistance.’

She said the indecent images offending was ‘combined with problems he had with his drug use’, which is now being addressed.

Vasanti Vaitha, for Evans, asked for credit for his guilty plea and said: ‘He knows there can only be one outcome today.’

Labour Party city councillor Steven Bayes has been charged with making and hoarding rape images of children. The Labour councillor, who represents the Orchard Park and Greenwood ward, appeared at Hull Magistrates Court on the morning of Thursday 27 April.

The court heard the charges involved a “large number” of images. Dressed in a dark blue suit, the 55-year-old Labour politician who lives in Prospect Street in the city centre did not speak during the five-minute hearing. He was remanded on conditional bail until May 26 when the case will be heard at Hull Crown Court.

Deputy district judge Frank Appleyard said the charges he faces were “too serious” to be dealt with in the magistrates’ court.

Cllr Bayes is the city council’s cabinet portfolio holder for visitor destination with responsibility for overseeing long-term corrupt regeneration projects such as the Hull Venue and the cruise terminal development on the Humber.  He is also a board member of the City of Culture company and the joint venture company behind the regeneration of the Fruit Market.

Fagan’s Hoard

LABOUR party councillor David Fagan has been arrested and charged with  possessing a hoard of child rape images.

Fagan has been a member for North Lanarkshire Council since 2003 and represents the Airdrie South ward.

Asked about the case, a Police spokesman said: “A 52-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, September 7.

“He was released on an undertaking to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Thursday, October 6.”

Dad-of-two Fagan was unavailable at his home but a woman who answered the door said: “David doesn’t want to speak to anybody.”

Fagan is considered a key player in the local party and was being primed for the role as Labour group leader.

He is currently a member of the council’s (((EDUCATION and SOCIAL WORK committees.)))

Labour: PIE’s choice!

Following Jeremy Corbyn’s election as party leader last September, homosexual Labour party member and former chairman of the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) Tom O’Carroll celebrated with fellow activists and Labour party MP John Woodcock at their Christmas party.

After a series of complaints from anti-paedophile activists a Labour spokesman said they had suspended his membership only last Tuesday. However, another spokesman for the Labour party informed us that “He could not be expelled immediately because party rules require an investigation by officials.”

Mr O’Carroll, 70, is the former chairman of the Paedophile Information Exchange, Pie, which was formed in 1974 to campaign for sex with children including decriminalising intercourse with those as young as four.

In 1981 he was sentenced to two years in jail for “conspiracy to corrupt public morals” after police had seized more than a quarter of a ton of child abuse images. Some showed pictures of a man raping a one-year-old boy.

In 2006 he was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for distributing child rape images. The BBC reported: ‘Children, mainly boys and some as young as six, had been filmed and photographed being raped and tortured.’

He re-joined the Labour party after his release and wrote a disturbing piece about the role of child mascots at sporting events.

He said they ‘must look the part… be lean, well-proportioned, athletic and good-looking’, with ‘every suggestion’ that they have ‘been favoured by the gods.’

Mr O’Carroll was on the NCCL gay rights subcommittee and had addressed its conferences. In 2014 he made headlines by revealing then Labour Deputy Leader Harriet Harman and former Cabinet minister Patricia Hewitt’s support for Pie by being affiliated to the National Council for Civil Liberties (NCCL) in the 1970s.

Ms Harman refused to apologise for NCCL’s connection to PIE and for putting recruitment adverts in PIE’s house magazine.

Mr O’Carroll told reporters he had no comment on his relationship with the Labour party.

Deputy Labour party leader Tom Watson’s paedophile uncle

It has now been revealed that Deputy Labour Party leader Tom Watson, an intriguing choice given that the current Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn seems sympathetic to perpetrators of child sex crimes, is related to a convicted paedophilic scoutmaster.

Mr Watson’s homosexual uncle, Peter Halliwell (78) of Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, was jailed last March for the rape of a nine-year-old boy that took place in the mid 1960’s when he was a scout leader in the Manchester area.

At that time, Steve Hoolohan the Senior District Crown Prosecutor for CPS North West only comment on this heinous crime was: “Peter Halliwell used his role as a scout leader to target a young boy in his care. This was a gross abuse of his position of trust in the Scouts and in the local community whereby he persistently exploited the boy for his own gratification.”

It was Labour MP Tom Watson who first tried to manage the very real Westminster paedophile scandal in October 2012, when he told the Commons that he had evidence of a child abuse ring with links to parliament and Downing Street. It is also possible that Tom Watson may have made some bogus paedophile accusations against certain politicians in order to damage the credibility of the paedophile investigation. In fact critics have claimed that Watson has used his campaign to keep the scandal pointing to the publicly perceived ‘right’ of the political spectrum. Indeed his name was conspicuously absent from a list of signatories calling for action against homosexual Jewish Labour peer Greville Janner in April 2015.

Manchester Labour Party councillor David Royle arrested on suspicion of child rape

A veteran Manchester Labour councillor has been arrested on suspicion of child abuse.

David Royle, 49, who has represented Fallowfield for more than a decade is being investigated for homosexual activity with a young boy.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed the Labour party backbencher was arrested on July 27 on suspicion of rape of a young boy.

He has been bailed until the middle of next month.

It is understood senior local Labour figures were made aware of the allegation well before the council broke for the summer.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: “On Monday, July 27 2015, a 49-year-old man from Fallowfield was arrested on suspicion of sexual activity with a child.

“He has now been bailed until October 14, pending further enquiries.”

Mr Royle has been a Labour councillor for 15 years, at one time serving as the town hall’s assistant executive member for the environment.

More recently, he has served on the council’s licensing and appeals and community scrutiny committees.

Labour Councillor Royle refused to comment.

Labour councillor Richard Smith faces prison after confessing to child pornogrophy offences

A homosexual Labour councillor who confessed to child pornography offences is facing prison.

It emerged that Labour’s Richard Smith, who represented Nelson’s Clover Hill ward on Pendle Council, had been investigated over rape images of children

Smith, 32, of Waidshouse Road, appeared before Burnley magistrates and admitted to  making child rape photographs, on August 20 and July 24 last year..

Magistrates committed him on unconditional bail to appear for sentence at Burnley Crown Court on September 28.

A police spokesman said Smith was initially arrested on November 12 last year, on suspicion of downloading and viewing indecent images of little boys.

Smith, who also served as a Nelson town councillor and served on the borough’s licensing committee and scrutiny management team, was finally charged with the offences on July 27 and bailed to appear at court.

The councillor, who grew up in the Clover Hill area, also served for a period as Pendle Labour Party’s ‘Young Labour’ officer.

Smith, who has worked in the holiday cottages industry, won the seat for Labour from the Liberal Democrats in 2011, with more than 50 per cent of the vote.

In his 2010 election leaflet, he said: “I find working with younger people very rewarding and hope to help them develop various projects that will benefit both Clover Hill ward and Nelson.”

Under the sentencing powers of the crown court, the maximum prison sentence is 10 years, on conviction.

Thurrock Labour councillor Terry Brookes arrested on suspicion of possession of child porn

Labour councillor Terry Brookes has been arrested on suspicion of possession of child rape images.

Mr.Brookes is a shop worker and is a member of the Marxist GMB union and Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers (Usdaw).

A statement from Essex police said: “Police have arrested a 58 year old man from Grays on suspicion of possession of indecent images.

“He was detained on July 20th and taken into police custody for questioning before being released on bail until December pending further investigations.”

A by-election for his ward of West Thurrock and South Stifford has been scheduled for 10 September.

Mr Brookes and his wife have now put the property in Grays up for sale.

An Ex- Labour party councillor hanged himself after being arrested for molesting a child, an inquest heard.

IT training company manager and Ex-Labour party councilor Jonathan Burns, 33, drank large amounts of whiskey and wine before taking his own life.

A week earlier mr Burns had been questioned and bailed by police.

His lawyer was subsequently told by police that there was no need to re-interview him and he would be re-bailed – but he was found dead in the kitchen of his company Pride Media Association, based at the Demesne Media Arts Centre in Middleton, Greater Manchester.

Earlier an inquest at Heywood was told Mr Burns, who lived with his mother, left school at the age of 16 and set up his own business the following year. It helped immigrints learn IT and media skills to become better integrated within the community.

He worked with local radio and later served on Rochdale Council, where he was chairman of the Middleton Township planning sub-committee and vice-chairman of Middleton Township.

He was arrested on January 16 and quizzed before being bailed pending further inquiries. On January 22 his lawyer was told he would be re-bailed the next day.

Tests showed Mr Burns had 97 microgrammes of alcohol in his blood. The legal drink-drive limit is 80mg. A bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey and a three-quarters full bottle of wine was found next to his body.

At the time of his death, Mr Burns’ nephew, Daniel Burns, said: ‘Jonathan was a very public figure, but he was also a very private person and he understood that such a severe allegation would be hugely detrimental and damaging and he wasn’t able to cope with it.”

A town hall Labour councillor has been charged with making rape images of children.

Simon Carter, who represents Labour in the Tottington ward for Bury Council, has appeared in court charged with 16 counts of making rape images of children, police have confirmed.

The charges he faces follow an investigation by a specialist police child abuse unit in Bury.

Coun Carter, 53, of Rosewood Avenue in Tottington, Bury, appeared before Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Saturday.

He was released on bail and is due to make a second appearance at the same court at a later date.

The charges cover a period of time between January 1, 2011 and April this year. He was arrested following an investigation by Greater Manchester Police’s Child Abuse Investigation Team based in Bury.

In a statement, the force confirmed the charges and that Labour party Councilor Carter had appeared in court.

Councilor Carter, who works as a self-employed IT trainer, was elected to Bury council in 2012, winning the seat from the Tories.

According to the council’s website, his term of office runs until 2016 and he sits on the overview and scrutiny committee, Ramsbottom, Tottington and North Manor township forum and on the council’s standards committee.

Labour Party officials have been made aware of the arrest and charges but have refused to make any further comment.

Peter Prendiville: Labour Westminster election candidate admits making indecent images of children.

A teacher who stood for the Social Democratic Labour party in the Westminster election of 1983 has pleaded guilty to making and possessing rape images of children.

Peter Prendiville, from Craigdarragh Park in Holywood, County Down, used to teach maths.

The 60-year-old also stood as a Belfast City Council candidate for the Social Democratic Labour Party.

Prendiville has been ordered to sign the S.

Appearing before Downpatrick Crown Court in County Down, he admitted making pornographic images of children on dates between February 2007 and July 2010.

While many of the titles of the images are too graphic to repeat, one charge relates to Prendiville possessing 1,921 pornographic underage images along with a video of violent child rape lasting just over 15 minutes.

His lawyer told the court there were “ongoing discussions” between the prosecution and defence regarding the “charges and categorisation” of the images involved in some of the charges.

No facts of the case were opened during Tuesday’s hearing, but the judge said that given the accused’s guilty pleas to the charges, he must sign the police sex offenders register as a bail condition.

Prendiville was then released on continuing bail.

Prendiville represented the Social Democratic Labour Party in the east Belfast constituency during the 1983 Westminster election.

Labour Party election agent jailed a third time for paedophilia

A paedophile Labour party election agent was sent to prison for a third time.

Andrew Palmer (52) was sentenced to 20 months in jail after twice breaching a sexual offences prevention order and a community order.

Palmer, who was an Labour electoral agent for Peterborough City Council nominees, had twice spent time behind bars for possessing rape images of children.

The second offence took place in 2007 and earned him eight months in prison.

Palmer had been the agent in the 2012 council elections for Labour group leader Nazim Khan as well as Jo Johnson and John Richard Knowles.

Craig McDougall, prosecuting, said that the police had given Palmer the highest rating for a sexual offender.

He added: “The local constabulary have significant concerns about him.”

The sexual offences prevention order he had breached was handed out in October 2014, for breaching a previous order, and prevented him from spending unsupervised contact with children.

The first breach occurred on December 29 when he paid an unexpected visit to a house where a young child lived.

The second breach was on February 2, 2015 when police arrested him and he admitted to having deleted messages from a phone messaging application called WhatsApp.

It was thought the content may have been sexually explicit.

He had pleaded guilty to the charges on February 10 and was sentenced on the 18th at Peterborough Crown Court.

Sentencing Palmer, Judge Peter Murphy said: “It seems clear to me that you were aware from the end of October that not only you were barred from certain activity on the internet, but not to have unsupervised contact with young children without informing a parent or guardian of previous convictions.

“You turned up under cover of working with a housing association. You had several phones with you and the implication was clear.

“On the second count, there is not much information on what was deleted on your phone.

“But a previous matter indicated you have a clear interest in paedophilia and and the pornographic images of young children.”

Describing Palmer as a  danger to the public, Judge Murphy added: “It’s quite clear your offences were a calculated defiance of court orders.”

Palmer received eight months in prison for both of the two breaches of the sexual offenses prevention order which will run consecutively.

For his breach of a community order, which was handed to him last year, he received an additional four months.

In total, Palmer had seven previous convictions for 13 offences, the first of which was for indecent assault in 1979.

The mother involved in the court case said: “I wish he had got longer. I was shocked. We knew nothing.”

On several other occasions Townsend has identified himself to the press as a Communist. Townshend’s career with the Who and as a soloist spans 50 years, during which time the band grew to be considered one of the most influential bands of the 1960s and 1970s, while he alone is not insignificant to the entertainment world. It is ludicrous to believe that the perversion exhibited by such celebrities as Townshend is spontaneous. He is established and supported by the same Marxist regime that provides pornographic materials to primary schools and during the past 50 years Townshend has publicly flaunted his perversion. Perhaps this sick society has finally achieved what the homosexual Michael Hanson desired when he founded the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) in 1974 making the rape of little children acceptable to mainstream. A judge said the pervert clearly got ‘excitement’ from power and control over his victim. Malcom Ford, who at the time of the offenses was head of the Heys Primary School in Ashton-under-Lyne, admitted four counts of rape on the child.

He vehemently denied the rape charges –  and denied ever touching her. But a jury at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court found him guilty of all four counts of child rape. Prosecutors told how Malcolm Ford, who lived in Ashton, at the time, had begun by fondling the child. He later went on to rape her repeatedly.

Guy Mathieson, prosecuting, earlier told the jury how the four counts of rape represented many attacks over a long period of time. Malcolm Ford, now of Bell Street, Southport, told the jury the girl had lied about the rapes and exaggerated everything else, but they rejected his claims and found him guilty.

The court heard he was in the teaching profession for 29 years, chair of the board of governors and a Labour party district councillor who represented Skelmersdale for West Lancashire. Malcom Ford was banned from working with children for life and must sign the sex offenders register. He

received a 15yr jail sentence.

EX-LABOUR PARTY CHAIRMAN OF STANLEY TOWN COUNCIL ADMITS RAPING A SCHOOLBOY

Homosexual Labour party chairman of Stanley Town Council and former coach driver who lived in Carlisle has admitted raping a schoolboy.

Peter McLaughlin, 61, entered his guilty pleas on the day that he was due to start a trial at Carlisle Crown Court over 15 similar allegations of abusing the boy.

Until today, he had denied any wrongdoing, but he finally admitted twice sexualy molesting the boy when his victim was much younger.

An earlier hearing had heard how McLaughlin committed the offences in the 1990s when he lived in the Greystone Road area of Carlisle.

The court heard that the defendant deliberately befriended his victim at a time when he worked as a driver for Redcrest Holidays, travelling all over Britain and Europe.

In court today, prosecutor Kim Whittlestone outlined how the allegations have already been scrutinised during two trials.

After the first, the jury were unable to reach a verdict while in the most recent trial the illness of a juror led to the case being abandoned.

The decision to accept the two guilty please offered was reached after detailed consultation with the victim, who otherwise would have faced the prospect of testifying for a third time.

As a result of the guilty pleas, Judge Peter Hughes QC ordered that McLaughlin, now living Murray Park, Stanley, County Durham, should sign the Sex Offenders’ Register. The period of time he will be on the register will be determined by the sentence that is ultimately imposed.

The judge also made the defendant subject to an indefinite Sexual Offences Prevention Order, which severely restricts his future contact with any child.

Referring to the victim’s decision to accept the guilty pleas, Miss Whittlestone added: “He wants to ensure that this doesn’t happen again – hence the Sexual Offences Prevention Order.”

Judge Hughes granted McLaughlin bail until the sentencing hearing on January 2 so that background reports can be prepared. He added that he will be considering all sentencing options.

In court today, Mr McLaughlin showed little emotion, speaking only to confirm his name and to enter his pleas.

So in the children’s section of library’s you are likely to find books about Homosexual penguins and in primary schools highly sexualised books explaining how an orgasm is just like being tickled.

In the interests of transparency the ‘services’ we the public are paying for should be detailed in much the same way a telephone company is able to list the calls made from a customer’s telephone number. Here should a phone number appear on a customer’s bill that does not correspond with that customers habits it can be queried with the phone company. It is unsure how long the images had been getting downloaded but the questions the deliberate incompetant police never asked was why Paul Diggert did not delete the images, knowing that his Labour comrade would easily be able to see them.

Freemason and Labour friend of Israel James Purnell was questioned about the Child rape images but was never to be charged although the images had been left on his computer. Paul Diggett carried the can for Purnell when both men should have been charged with possesion of child pornogrophy.

James Purnell is now the BBC’s director of Strategy.

Ticking time-bomb

Labour Party election candidate James Warmer who filmed up underage girl’s skirts escaped jail this week, but he must take part in a three-year sexual treatment program me.

Norwich Crown Court was shown CCTV footage of Craig Warmer, 22, stooping down to lift up an under age girl’s skirt and then filming it at Boots in Castle Mall, Norwich.

The court heard that Warmer had lifted another girl’s skirt outside a school, and had sexually assaulted a female he followed in Dereham.

Warmer, of Hyde Road, Dereham, appeared at Norwich Crown Court for sentencing, after pleading guilty at an earlier hearing to two counts of outraging public decency and one count of sexual assault.

He was handed a community order with three years’ supervision and the requirement to attend the Thames Valley sex offender group work treatment program. A sexual offences prevention order was also made for three years, and he was placed on the sexual offenders’ register for the same amount of time.

Prosecutor, Christopher Morgan said the first offence took place in Dereham on November 27 last year. “Warmer started walking behind a young female before grabbing her buttock hard in Sandy Lane,” he said. She took a photograph of his back, and DNA from her coat matched Warmer’s.

The next two offences took place while he was on bail. A girl was walking to school from Castle Meadow on January 30.

As she got to the school gate she was aware that her skirt was being lifted up, so she tried to put it down. The man lifted it up again and he kept hold of it.

The last incident took place in Boots on February 2. Mr Morgan said: “The defendant was seen on CCTV to lift up a girl’s skirt in the aisle, and then film it on his iPhone.” The girl was underage.

Jonathan Morgans, for Warmer, said he had strong family support. He said his “bizarre deviancies” showed he had no control of his desires, but added he wanted to make sure it did not happen again.

Police launch investigation into child rape allegations against the late homosexual Labour peer, Lord Tonypandy

The victim was aged just nine at the time but is now a man aged 55 – The case has also been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.

South Wales Police say they are investigating sexual abuse allegations made against homosexual Labour Party peer Viscount Tonypandy involving the repeated rape of a young boy who was aged just nine years old.

Detectives have confirmed they are investigating the complaint made by a man, who is now aged 55.

The man has made a series of complaints against the politician, who he said had befriended his foster parents, dating back to the 1960s and early-1970s.

The Labour peer, then still known as George Thomas, was a long-standing Speaker of the House of Commons.

Viscount Tonypandy, a school teacher before becoming an MP, may have had links to the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE).

Police have also referred the matter to the Independent Police Complaints Commission because of a suspicious delay in launching their investigation after the initial allegation was made in April 2013.

The man who has made the allegations is quoted today as saying: “He spent a lot of time at my house as my parents were good friends with him. It has been with me all my life.”

He said the assaults at the centre of the allegation were also carried out at various address in the city.

Viscount Tonypandy served in Prime Minister Harold Wilson’s Labour government as Secretary of State for Wales from 1968 to 1970.

He enjoyed greater prominence and popularity as the Speaker, a position he held between 1976 and 1983. He died in 1997.

The victim, now living in Australia, said his foster parents were Labour Party supporters. He added: “We went on many campaigns for Harold Wilson, Jim Callaghan and George Thomas.”

He said he reported the crime to South Wales Police on several occasions, but the police had failed to do anything.

Assistant Chief Constable Nikki Holland said: “We have since spoken to the victim, apologized for the delay and are investigating the incident. This delay was unacceptable and we have referred the matter to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.”

Viscount Tonypandy, was a Labour Party MP between 1945 and 1983.

His homosexual friend, the late Labour Party MP Leo Abse, revealed in 2001 that the peer had been blackmailed by people threatening to expose his homosexual activities.

Ex Labour Lord Mayor Barry Dodson charged with child rape

ROTHERHAM Labour Party councillor Barry Dodson has been charged with child rape offenses less than three weeks after stepping down as Labour Lord Mayor.

Acting on a local police tip off a prominent figure in the local Labour party council asked Mayor Dodson to step down before an inevitable police investigation.

The Rotherham East councillor had resigned from the Labour Party on Friday but said he was staying on as a (((PIE?))) independent.

South Yorkshire Police confirmed a 66-year-old Rotherham man had been arrested on Friday and had been released on bail.

Cllr Dodson was sworn in as Lord Mayor on June 6 but quit exactly three weeks later.

He has made no comment since except that the resignation was for “personal reasons”.

Child abuse detectives raid Jewish Labour party peer’s office in the House of Lords

Officers from Leicestershire Police searched Lord Greville Janner’s offfice and have seized computer equipment.

A Labour peer’s office in the House of Lords has been raided as part of an investigation into child rape allegations.

Officers from Leicestershire Police searched Greville Janner’s space in the house of Lords and have removed computer equipment.

Leicestershire Police submitted a dossier of evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service in April.

The former QC was named Baron Janner of Braunstone, Leicester, in 1997 after serving as a Labour party MP for 27 years, at Leicester North West then Leicester West.

The raid is part of an investigation concerning Janner’s linkes with the notorious child serial rapist and suspected murderer Frank Beck, who was found guilty of abusing more than 100 children in the 1970s and 1980s.

Frank Beck mysteriously died on 31 May 1994, two and a half years after his imprisonment. The then 88-year-old Labour party peer, Lord Longford, caused great controversy by sending flowers to the funeral.

A police spokesman said: “Leicestershire Police can confirm that in March its officers carried out a search of part of the House of Lords in connection with an ongoing enquiry into child sexual abuse.

“A search warrant was ­obtained in advance from a Crown Court Judge and the search was conducted in ­accordance with established House of Lords procedures and monitored by senior officials from the House of Lords.

In December, Leicestershire officers raided Lord Janner’s home in Barnet, North London.

Two men from Corby, Northamptonshire, aged 69 and 63 are also being questioned in connection with the known offences.

In Beck’s 1991 trial, a 30-year-old man claimed to have been raped by Lord Janner, who was still a Labour Party MP at the time, while he was a child in care. Lord Janner was not ­prosecuted and received cross-party support in the Commons.

The issue of child rapists evading justice rocked the political sphere when ­revelations concerning ex Labour party and Lib dem grandee Cyril Smith emerged.

The late MP, who represented Rochdale, was a regular visitor to Elm Guest House in Barnes, South West London, which is now at the centre of a police investigation into child rape and possible murder.

Lord Janner is a prominent campaigner for his Jewish community and was once President of the Board of British Jews.

Red paedophile in blue?

The Labour party candidate in the Hounslow council elections Gurpal Virdi has been accused of raping a child.

The former Met police officer from Hounslow is accused of raping a boy and has been summoned to appear before Westminster Magistrates Court on May 30.

Despite being informed of this before the election, Mr Virdi, 55, of Firs Drive, Cranford, said he would still stand.

The allegation came to light after the close of nominations for candidates standing in the Hounslow council elections a few weeks ago.

According to information from Scotland Yard released Friday (April 25), Mr Virdi will be answering the following charge that:

“Between September 30 1986 and December 31 1986 within the jurisdiction of the Central Criminal Court, Mr Gurpal Virdi, being a public officer, namely a Metropolitan Police Officer, and acting as such, without reasonable excuses or justification, willfully misconducted himself to such a degree as to amount to an abuse of the public’s trust in that office.”

It goes on to claim the offence relates to the rape of a minor.

According to electoral law Mr Virdi remained on the ballot paper for Cranford ward.

New evidence clearly links Harriet Harman to the Paedophile Information Exchange.

 The Labour Party’s deputy leader Harriet Harman and her MP husband Jack Dromey say PIE was banished before she became the NCCL’s legal officer in 1978. But disturbing new evidence proves Harman to be a barefaced liar – and reveals how guilty she, her husband and their Labour Party colleague Patricia Hewitt really are.

 In 1979, an edition of Magpie, PIE’s official journal, carried the NCCL appeal for new members in an appalling ‘Year of the Child’ edition.

Former Labour Party health minister and NCCL general secretary Patricia Hewitt shared a conference platform with PIE leader Tom O’Carroll in 1977. Details of the new links came as O’Carroll said the two women ‘didn’t want’ to remove the paedophile group from the NCCL. The three senior Labour Party MP’s all held key roles in the council – which granted ‘affiliate’ status to the group of predatory paedophiles that was calling for the age of consent to be cut to just four. When Harman refused to apologise – for PIE being allowed to forge links with the NCCL, she said the paedophile group ‘had been pushed to the margin’ before she began working there. Yet, during the year after she took up her post, the NCCL advert appeared in PIE’s April journal. It ran inside a shocking 24-page special edition of the magazine – the cover of which shows a picture of a young boy wearing only a small pair of shorts as he plays tennis. On an inside page the council’s advert appears alongside two more pictures of young boys in provocative poses, including one in what appears to be a PE kit, sitting down with his legs apart. It invites Magpie readers to ‘join the NCCL’ and boasts that the organisation is ‘working to protect and extend human rights in the UK’. The appeal for new members and donations was published after a feature titled: Child porn, a heterosexual viewpoint.

 The journal, sent to PIE members, included news on paedophiles, articles on child porn and cartoons mocking assaults on children. These depicted abuse in a scout master’s tent, naked children and adults queuing up outside a bedroom for an ‘assault course’. The ‘year of the child’ edition – a distasteful twist on the UN designating 1979 as the ‘International Year of the Child’ – came with a ‘contact page’, which members could use to get in touch with other paedophiles, share images and advertise for children to abuse.

 Documents from both groups also reveal how, in the first half of 1977, the NCCL supported PIE when the vile group believed it had been slighted by a judge during his sentencing of a man convicted of blackmailing one of its members. Extracts from the correspondence reprinted in Magpie show how the NCCL described it as a ‘campaigning’ organisation.

The judge in the case was reported as a disgrace when sentence was passed, giving Paedophile Graham White a Three year probation order and a lousy Five year stint on the sex offenders register. 3 years ago this site exposed the debauched plans of labour minister Harriet Harman to dispense with the age of consent, decriminalise incest and allow sexualised photography of children.  As Legal Officer for The National Council for Civil Liberties (NCCL) and in collaboration with affiliate the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) Harman argued that, “…childhood sexual experiences, willingly engaged in, with an adult result in no identifiable damage…”  Jack Dromey, Harman’s husband had been on the Executive Committee of NCCL since 1970 thus complicit with the affiliation of PIE in 1975. Harman also joined the Rt Hon Patricia Hewitt MP, Secretary of State for Health, who had become General Secretary for NCCL in 1974. With the information more recently and rather coyly splashed across the daily mail Harman has faced the press. Necessarily she goes to the paragon of taste and virtue the BBC were Jimmy Saville will fix the innocence of children forever. Since the Saville scandal exploded the BBC has been revealed as a hotbed of child exploitation, rape and murder. Saville alone is linked to bodies found in  a children’s home. Saville visited Haut de la Garenne Children’s Home in 1972. This is the site of sickening abuse and child murder. Pictures of Saville at the children’s home exist when the murders took place. It is also conspicuous that victims of Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe were found within 200 yards of Saville’s home and at the time of this investigation castes of Saville’s teeth were taken. Police clearly knew of a ‘relationship’ between Sutcliffe and Saville. One of Saville’s abuse victims even urged police to investigate links between Sutcliffe and Saville further saying “Sutcliffe and Saville are two peas in a pod. It’s quite fitting the only person to stick up for Saville is Sutcliffe.” The inference clearly has a homosexual overtone and Sutcliffe even named Saville as his partner in police interviews. The current child molestation investigation taking place in the BBC has a very familiar ring.  Operation Arundel was a clean-up of the pop music scene and investigated allegations of sexual exploitation of teenagers. In almost every case it was boys at teen discos and later from care homes. Chris Dennning, Joe Meek, Allan “fluff” Freeman, Jonathan King, Jimmy Saville, Brian Epstein and other heterophobes were complicit in enticing boys to parties where they were given drinks and drugs then molested. It is plain that with the conviction of so many Labour paedophiles and the BBC molestation scandal that there is a collaboration of politics and media in an attempt to keep the lid on a perversion sanctioned by government and threatening all the children of Europe.

A Labour Party Child Social Worker & ‘ready made’ Councillor has been jailed for making indecent images of children being raped over the internet.

Micahael Tombs from Doncaster downloaded images of Child pornography during trips out with disabled children in his care. The up and coming Labour Party ‘Star of the community’ ran his own business looking after children, especially those who were vulnerable and could not speak out for themselves.

Parents of the disabled children were angry at the judge, after he gave Michael Tombs a sentence of just Six weeks in prison. One parent spoke out about the sentence, Concerned father of one of the mentally handicapped children, Keith Cheshire said the sentence was ”absolutely disgusting.” He added, ”He worked with disabled children and a lot of them including my own daughter are unable to talk.”

Parents were furious because it took 15 months for his trial and Doncaster Council did not inform any parents about the predator pedophile they had allowed to take their children on ”Outings” with.

Mr Tombs was a Primary School Governor and organizer of ‘After School Clubs’ for children. He befriended the family of a child whom he sent unhealthy messages to. He gave the child one of his computers which was later found to have had scores of indecent images of child rape recovered by police experts.

It has come to light that Michael Tombs not only worked for Doncaster Council but had set up his own private ‘One Man’ company called ”Michael Tombs Child Care” working with disabled children.

Doncaster Council were under numerous reviews and labelled as ”Dangerous” by a childrens watchdog after a number of children had died in the Borough from abuse.

Labour Lord Mayor John Murray jailed for child rape.

A Labour lord mayor has been remanded in custody for sentence after a jury today convicted him of raping a child two years after he served as the city’s first citizen. John Murray (83) had pleaded not guilty in Court to sexually assaulting the child at four locations in the city on various dates between March 1996 and October 1998. Following six hours of deliberations spread over two days, the jury of seven men and five women found John Murray, guilty of raping the child after hearing evidence from 17 witnesses. A longstanding member of the Labour Party, Murray was first elected to the City Council in the 1985 local elections and re-elected in 1991. Two years later he was elected Labour lord mayor. There were emotional scenes outside Court after the verdicts as the complainant and her parents and other family members hugged each other before thanking the investigating police for all they had done. The woman told the court that the reason she didn’t come forward until adulthood was that she was afraid that she wouldn’t be believed. “He intimidated me – he was a very high profile man, he had been the Labour lord mayor.”

Parents in the Kingswood area of Corby are said to be horrified, One parent claimed that she had voted for Labour Councillor Willie Smith and was horrified that she had voted for a man who enjoyed watching and making images of children being sexualy abused by pedophiles.

Police applied for a search warrant for Willie Smith’s home address on the Lloyds Estate where many families live with children. Parents Against paedophiles (PAP) representative for Northampton Angela Clarke commented, ”This takes the Labour paedophile list to 45 now. We aim to push the issue with every school and nursery about Labour party paedophile activities (PIE) by more than Ten previous Labour school governors, to keep them off school councils, organisations and other governing bodies. We informed schools in One area, of paedophile boy scout leader and child rapist Timothy Edmeades upon his release,  within Three months, he was arrested for filming boys under Ten years old in the same area as before.”

The child was made to pull down his pants and was made to bend over Cyril Smith’s knee while he had his bottom spanked and fondled. Another child was subjected to the homosexual paedophile’s torture because he had taken money from another boy. Labour councillor Cyril Smith made the second child remove his pants so he could fondle and squeeze the boys testicles.

Labour Councillor Cyril Smith attacked and raped at least 7 male children while at the Cambridge Boys Hostel. Cyril Smith was the local Labour councillor from 1950 to 1966. The  Cambridge Boys Hostel was closed down in 1965.

Mayor on the run

A Labour Party mayor and primary school teacher has been arrested for possessing child rape photographs.

Graham Pearson, 54, was arrested at his Cherry Crescent home in Balladen, Rawtenstall, for having a stash of violent rape photographs of very young children.

He was bailed to return to Rawtenstall police station while officers considered whether charges should be brought against him.

But Mr Pearson, who is a Labour party council leader, was formally cautioned when he attended one of his council appointments.

A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “Lancashire Constabulary have given an adult caution to a 54-year-old man from the Rossendale area for possession of indecent photographs of children.

“We arrested Mr Pearson at his home address.”

When asked about the caution, Mr Pearson said: “I have no comment to make.”

Mr Pearson went missing from his home, and police issued an appeal for his return. His silver Chevrolet car was also said to be missing. But he was later discovered hiding in the Cumbria area.

He was a Hareholme ward councillor and also served as Mayor of Rossendale.

For four years from 1985 he served as a Lancashire county councillor for Rossendale East ward, but stood down prior to the 1989 elections.

He is also a governor at Staghills Nursery and Newchurch CE Primary and, while mayor, worked as a teacher at a primary school in Oldham.

Under Coun Pearson, Labour regained control of Rossendale council in May 2002 after two years of Tory rule.

But the new administration quickly encountered problems after the Audit Commission published a report rating Rossendale as the worst council in the country’.

A spokeswoman for the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said two types of cautions can be handed out, either with or without conditions.

She said: “In accordance with Home Office guidelines the police have the power to caution people without referring the matter to the CPS.

“They can also refer the matter to us and we have to consider the circumstances of each individual case to determine what is appropriate.”

Labour Party paedophile Ian Rankin Aged 47 has been caught with a hoard of child rape movies.

Labour Party super activist and Council Candidate Ian Rankin was jailed for having in his possession video material containing some of the vilest kinds of child sexual abuse. Police say it was some of the worst paedophile material they had ever come across. Some of the children were raped while tied to posts and ceiling beams. Most videos were of young children tied up and sodomised. Police raided Rankin’s home on the same day that he was standing for election in Labour held Lambert Ward.

The shock from Falkirk Sheriff Court jury was palpable as the details of the videos were revealed. The prosecution explained that in one of the 45 videos, a six year old child was tied up, beaten and raped. After hearing the evidence some of the jury were reduced to tears. Consequently Ian Rankin from Kilsyth Road, Haggs, Stirlingshire was jailed immediately by Sheriff Andrew Murphy for three Months and put on the sex offenders register for a total of Seven Years.

Susan Smith, 33, a former Labour Party councillor for St Martins ward in the London borough of Lambeth, was sentenced to a total of 18 months. Her transvestite boyfriend Ronald Lineker, 53, was also jailed for three years.

At Southwark Crown Court Judge Gerald Butler QC told Smith, who was convicted of five offenses of indecently assaulting the girl, that he had no doubt she had been responsible for instigating the whole terrifying ordeal.

The court heard that Smith, who once served on Lambeth’s social services committee, missed council meetings to repeatedly molest the girl.

Ex Deputy Labour Party Lord Mayor John Johnson caught with hundreds of child rape images on his computer.

Ex Deputy Labour Party Lord Mayor John Johnson has been hauled in to face charges of downloading the most sickening images on the internet involving the rape and violent abuse of small children. Johnson was charged with downloading hundreds of images of child molestation. Some of the images depicted sadomasochistic rituals with children being tortured and raped by multiple adults. The prosecutor Mr Giles Beaumont said: “This charge relates to an extreme level of child pornography. Some images involve animals”.

Magistrate Michael Flanagan declined jurisdiction and called for the case to be heard before a crown court.’ Trial date is November 6th 2012 at Peterborough Crown Court.
